Creating an account is free and passwordless: access is via a magic link sent to your email or via Google OAuth. You are responsible for the security of the email and Google account tied to it.

3. Conduct and comments

You are responsible for what you post. Unlawful, defamatory, hateful or spam content, or content that infringes others' rights, is prohibited. Comments go through automatic moderation and human review.

4. Intellectual property

Acta Verum's editorial content is published under a Creative Commons license with attribution, as indicated on each piece. The name, logo and visual identity are ours and are not licensed.

5. Affiliate links

Some articles contain affiliate links, always identified as such. See the Affiliate Policy.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided as is. We apply editorial rigor but do not warrant the content is error-free. Corrections are welcome via Report an error.

7. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms at any time, with notice on the site. These Terms are governed by Brazilian law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules in your country of residence.
